KinoLoom is a search engine for adult video. KinoLoom does not host, upload or store any video content itself and does not operate any of the platforms it links to. KinoLoom indexes and organizes publicly available third-party content, much like a general-purpose search engine.

1. Adults only (18+)

This service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if it is higher). By using the service you represent that you are of legal age. Access is not permitted where adult content is prohibited by law.

2. No content hosting

All video streams and images are delivered directly by the source platforms. KinoLoom acts as an intermediary discovery layer and has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, third-party content.

3. Reporting content (notice-and-action)

If you see content that appears to be illegal or in breach of these terms, use the report button on each video (“Report as inappropriate”). Reports are processed without personal data; once enough reports are received, an item is blocked across the entire feed. This is our notice-and-action procedure under DSA Article 16. Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual content is handled as a priority and, where applicable, reported to the competent authorities (including NCMEC/INHOPE).

4. Takedown / DMCA

Because KinoLoom does not host any content, removal requests are handled primarily through the source platform that actually delivers the content. If you nonetheless want a reference removed from the KinoLoom index, send a request to info@kinoloom.com including the relevant URL(s), a description of the right being infringed, and your contact details. We remove valid references from the index.

5. 18 U.S.C. § 2257

KinoLoom is an aggregator/search engine and does not produce any visual material within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. All content is produced and hosted by third parties; the record-keeping obligations rest with those producers/platforms. Questions about record-keeping should be directed to the relevant source platform; if you need to reach us about a 2257 matter, use info@kinoloom.com.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, KinoLoom accepts no liability for third-party content, the availability of sources, or damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top indicates the most recent version.
